Notes

Was able to run during our first rec session and I am thankful for the camps willingness to work with me and training. Wasn’t planning on doing long run today but then as I was going I found a trail in Eldora that took me out of town and I was like screw it I’ll do it today. Hoped and prayed to God that this gravel road would have a bridge that crossed the Iowa river at some point because if it didn’t my 10 mile run would’ve been like 13 and I was on a time schedule I had to meet. Any ways it did thankfully and I got to pick it up pretty nicely in the last half of the run. Was cruising along but then realized I’d have to take a short cut on the trails through Pine Lake state park to get back to brethren on time which really messed with my watch so my last mile was all sorts of funky. Anyhow it was a fun fun and I enjoyed doing it. Thank you to lake view for working with me and most of all Thank you to God for all of the blessings you’ve given me/all of us!

Also, when I got back some kid locked us all out of the bath house and so I couldn’t shower and then I proceeded to get in the lake while fishing which also was really gross and then I went straight to supper and then to worship so I was really gross but I didn’t care too much considering I’m Xc camp a 100 hour no shower is no problem 😉
