Andy insisted on running with me. We hit three miles in 23:20 and I legit thought he might die. Thankfully I foresaw this and strategically ended at the farm where we are currently storing our bikes. He biked the rest of the 42 min alongside which was nice, a pleasure to talk to good ole thedo. Ran in shorts, God bless
