Was going to go run quick before Hallie got here. Back/hip felt a little stiff but I figured I would be fine. Form and everything felt normal. Got to the top of the hill up by Casey's and something in my hip completely locked up. Like one step I was fine and the next I could hardly walk. Tried walking it off, didnt help. Limp walked to Morgan's house to get a ride home. No clue what has caused it. Whole family is now making fun of me because I am "walking like my dad"
I love my dad but I dont at all want to be associated with his body type. Just sayin.
