Notes

Workout: 6-8 1200s. Alternated between quick last 200 and quick first 200. 1k pace was supposed to be 3:19.

Only got in 7 reps. Felt really good on reps 1, 2, and 3. After that my reps were followed by running to the bathroom. Fell off my group in these and ended up doing the last two reps with Conor. WE finished really quick/strong on our last 200 of the 1200, but I just didn't feel like it was a solid effort from myself. I'm disappointed in the way my middle reps went but a positive for me was how good it felt in the first 3 reps.

Did a 2 mile warm up and a 1 mile cool down. Monster followed.
