First tempo donezo. Group was with Ryan and Jordy. To start out the pace seemed strange. Was unsure on whether or not it was the right pace. Didn’t look st what the first mile was. Things were rolling pretty smooth, saw that mile 2 was slow and then group started to pick it up. Jordy turned around at 19ish(not sure what he was doing) and then Ryan ran through 20:30ish conmigo. Told myself I was just going to get to 4 and call it good. Made it there, called it, bleh bleh bleh. It was all aight in the long run, should’ve gotten out quicker and probably could have built more but all in all group worked well together and it’s the first tempo. Here’s to the rest of the year. Thankful to have King of my heart stuck in my head throughout it again. God will never let us down.
