Oh my lanta how fun of a long run! Joe, Liam, Collin, Morgan and I all did Jesus bridge together. A bit sketch finding the cross spot but wading through the river was a blast! Definitely a run I needed to have. Like Chapman says, training is a whole lot better with your bro’s at your side! Also it was my longest run by 1.2 miles and 5 min so I’m feeling pretty pleased with it! Now off to Wyoming for 6 days with Hallie and Ky!
