Workout was me and Sean with Greyson and Callum behind us. We alternated leading reps, they all felt pretty chill even though technically might've been a little fast on them. Its hard on those 200s, ya feel? effort felt as though it was the same throughout. Last 3 mightve pushed too much, tried to keep it calm but yeah other than that it all felt good. Foot feels a little funky but not too worried. Thanks be to God!
