Notes

Work out- 15 min warm up, 2x600 @T (2:04), 6x600 with alternating reps over hurdles @VO2 (1:49), 2x200 (Fast), 15 min cool down.

Splits- 2:02, 2:04, 1:53, 1:51, 1:51, 1:49, 1:50, 1:48, 29.5, 29.9

Thoughts- First off, I never doubted that we would go outside for this and thank God that we were able to. After that, legs felt pretty rough. Everything was just pretty overall fatigued. Bummer. Nearly every hurdle felt rushed/way too close to the hurdle. Just got to roll with it a little better. Hey, first outdoor steeple workout and its in the books. Glad to be able to do what I do. Doing some water pit work afterward went pretty well, Liam and I had a sick video of us completely in unison going over one. Lifting after bent me over not gonna lie.
