I felt real good. legs felt heavy when I was out on the trails.. ran like 8:15 for those 3 miles.. went out on the road after that and Noah and I started to move pretty quick (6:10 pace) we cooled it down for a bit and then proceeded to pick it up again at the end. really tried to push it on the last mile and hit 5:40.. I definitely pushed that but I don't think I strained myself. as good as I may have felt there was definitely places to improve upon. gotta keep in mind that it's about peaking at the end. just take things a day at a time 😎
