2 mile warm up, 800 at thresh (2:45), 12x200 on 200 off 32.2, 30.9, 30.7, 31, 30.8, 31.22, 30.55, 32, 31.95, 32.14, 33.61, 30.93, 2 mile cool down. Ran this with Spitz on the morning. Going into the workout he goes "yeah we want 30-31" and after 6 of those, I was feeling it. I feel ashamed almost writing this but Spitz at the end began to drop me on speed work RIP ME.. Beat him on the last one though ;). Later in the day Spitz comes up to me and says "yeah I didn't hear Chapman right. We wanted to start at 33 and then work down." Oh well just got to roll with it! Felt absolutely dead at multi-practice later in the day though
