Was excited to be back in waverly to do this tempo, especially with Collin Day and Conor and Nick. All of thursday afternoon and into the night I felt miserable. Fever/chills/headache/body aches all over. Knew I wasnt at 100% going into the tempo. First 2 miles were good, after that I just highkey ran out of steam. Not deflated by any means, just a tad bit frustrated, ya feel? COllin and Nick had killer ones though, shout out to them
