Notes

Coolio route (part of legends but went right instead of left) did 4 hills at 35 and then 4 150s at the end. Lifted and eliptigoed afterwards. Feel pretty tired but also glad I was able to do this stuff on my own. Sometimes I really just need some time for myself.
