An uber nice and relaxing run with Heinz and Spitz. Babcock was a bit muddy which led us to try to take a short cut which then led to blood being drawn by both myself and Spitz. Also, there was a deep philosophical moment during the midst of our run. While we were talking about the use of hardcore drugs (specifically acid) to help enhance our race performance, Spitz dropped a bomb on us..
"Someday you will learn to appreciate the process" or something along those lines
