15 min warm up, 8x400 @5k w/ 50m jog in between, 3 min rest, 4x400 @mile w/ 2:00 min rest, 15 min cool down.

Good workout! First 8 were all with Jordy. We were slightly fast on all of them but also it was consistent. They flew by but the only 50m of rest was kinda rough. These 10/10 felt way harder than the 400s at mile (which were run with Ryan, Nich and Noah). We crushed those reps, worked really smooth and well together. Slowly but surely I am getting back into the swing of things I must just stay patient. Thanks be to God!
