Notes
So the members of our house got out to the trails early while it was still raining. Liam goes "what are we gonna do if it hails?" and right on cue marble sized hail starts falling. Can't even make this up. We all ran to a tree and took shelter for a moment. Ran 25 minutes just the 4 of us before everybody else came. Did a little loop starting from the trails over to killdeer and then back. Ran with Noah, Collin and Jordy until Jordy and I had to turn off. Ended up being 5 minutes over but no biggie. Legs just didnt super want to move during the run. Hamstring was pretty sore but no pain. Love running in this area.
