Pretty solid tempo I must say. The whole group started out as I was taking my jacket off at Chapman's car which put me in somewhat of a limbo to start out. Caught up pretty quick and then was in no man's land in between the lead group and chase pack. A time came where it was now or never to catch up or stay back and I opted for the back. Turns out it was an uber good choice seeing as to how fast that lead pack went on the second mile. Group built well throughout, thinned out at mile 2 to basically just Drew, Muscles and me, then eventually to Drew and me. Was catching Conor/Spencer the last 4-5 minutes and really would have liked to have been able to help but could not quite get there.. All in all, it went well, a very good way to close out the year in terms of workouts. God bless all y'all 🙌🏿
