Hallie's fam is taking me to Lake Powell for the weekend. An absolutely incredible place. Just not an incredible place to run (the lake is the cause of a dammed-up Colorado River filling up canyons). Anyhow, frontloaded my mileage for the week so its pretty chill aquajogging for a bit. Water temp was 65°. Not fun stuff. Did this in the evening once we set up camp for the night. No joke, by the end of it I coulnt stop shivering, even as I was in running motion. Shivered for an hour afterwards. Not fun. Super beautiful place to be doing it though
