Went up to the good ole Denver track to do this. For the majority of the workout it was strange. Aerobically I felt great yet I just couldnt get my legs to be flowing the best. Threw some hurdles out for the 200s @3k and it felt awesome even if I hit every.single.hurdle. with my weak leg. Idk the last time I felt so smooth over hurdles in a workout. What a shame there isnt a steeple... On the mile reps it took a moment. Was consistently slow on the first half, thought about calling it, then my legs started to get groovy. Last 5 reps were without a doubt my smoothest and most in control. Let it rip on the last 100 of my last one because why not ;)
Felt kinda strange running fast on the highschool track again. I started doing workouts on that track in 5th grade when my dad was the high school girls coach. Some weird full circle stuff right there. God bless y'all.
