Was unsure if I was going to do the workout today or tomorrow until 1/2 hour before practice when Chapman says "Are you ready for your workout?" and I'm like umm sure I guess. It went well though. I am very glad that I only did 4x1000 rather than 6x1000 because after my third 1k I realized that my legs might be a little more beat up than previously thought. But no it was all good. Hit all my paces spot on except the first 200 of my 2nd CV rep. It was tough but it was good, especially being solo. AND it was also cool having all the sprinters cheer me on. Shout out to them.
