Notes
Went on my warm up and stomach felt a little sketch and quads were a tad tired. Did my first stride and felt good! proceeded to have a gnarly bloody nose right after that which delayed the workout. There are no public restrooms around me at this time so I am resorted to wiping myself off as best as I can in the grass right next to a busy intersection. I'm imagining that all of the cars loved watching me spit up blood ;)
As far as the workout, wanted it to be 5x3 on 1 off with the on being at thresh. I still dont have any clue what my thresh is at this point. I probably was working slightly too hard at the end but also my reps were relatively consistent which I am happy about. Stomach did not feel good afterwards. Found a new place to run on my cool down. Hope yall had a great cemetery hills! High key miss yall already.
