Progression run. I dont know what it is about them but these things put me on the struggle bus everytime it feels. From a standpoint of cutting down it actually went pretty well. Just need to go longer and get stronger (especially in my own head). was too quick to throw myself a pity party and didn't just hunker down and go to work. Also need to stop letting the heat be an excuse 78-80 isnt that hot in all reality. Need to get over myself. Short memory, only 3 more workouts until I race again! God bless y'all
