1k @T, 4x800 (CV, I, CV, I), 4x200 fast.
Felt pretty solid throughout! Was my first workout since back tightened up but hardly felt anything at all. Paces felt like a breeze to hit. Sadly I do not think I posess any foot speed anymore because I could hardly break 30 in those 200's. RIP me ;) Thank you Jesus that I am feeling better at last.
