Yeah definitely not one of my most quality workouts but also not the worst. Head was definitely in a different place and didn't want to work... Its just been a weird week with no school due to the protests and also I have Peru in the back of my mind. Should've executed better and should've gone longer but at the end of the day there was some quality in it and it wasn't the worse thing ever. Super excited for Peru, after I get back I have 4 weeks before the half marathon! Which means only a 6 weeks plus a few days until I'm back (from when I get back from Peru). Crazy to think how quickly this has all gone. Thanks be to God!
