3:05, 3:05, 3:05 (all with some change obviously)... Told myself I was going to stick on to Christopher no matter what until at least 2k. Put a cap on my race by thinking that. Bummer. I cannot be a big baby that last k, especially with how strong I am over the hurdles and in between. Still happy with a 5 seconds pr! We have a dirty crew this year. Watching him go 9:08 in front of me made me realize that that time isn't as crazy as previously thought. On to conference!
