Ran north to bike trail then headed into town. WHere the trail heads to denver is practically underwater frick.. Legs felt pretty good for first time in a while! All I accomplished today was watch 6 episodes of walking dead.. Thankful that running gives me an opportunity to get out of the house. God please help me stay motivated.
