Notes

7 mile progression after class on the treadmill. Trying to get most of my workout volume on the treadmill while I wait for my hip to start feeling better. Still giving me a lot of issues, hence the day off yesterday. The rest days definitely help.

6:58, 6:39, 6:18, 6:00, 5:49, 5:39, 5:30-4:36 (started at 5:30 and progressed after half mile in)
