Notes

Good run with Brendan. First run back since Monday and I didn't start feeling pain until halfway into the run, but then it got pretty bad. Not what I was expecting, looks like it'll be another week of hammering out on the elliptical. I'll try and get in around 30ish minutes along with cross training and go from there
