Notes

Plan was 6-8 miles @ tempo (6:00). Felt really good, wasn't breathing hard at all and felt smooth. Decided to pick it up a little mile 7 and then the last one I progressed and got down to around 4:30 pace the last 200ish so closed around 69-70ish for the quarter. Really good confidence booster. Could have easily done 10+ at tempo.
