Awesome first workout!
It was:
Approximately 2 miles warm-up (a little over).
30 minutes marathon (6:15-6:23)
5 minutes tempo (5:45)
25 minutes marathon (6:01-6:37---struggled up the golf course hill ha)
5 minutes tempo (6:00)
5 minutes marathon (6:10-6:30)
Approximately 3 miles cooldown
Emily and Ian did the first marathon and tempo pace, Paul did everything except the last marathon pace!
Very thirsty...will need to bring a little water bottle in the future.
