Nice cool day for a long run!! My foot was twinging a bit at the beginning and very occasionally during the workout, but mostly it was ok! I was feeling a bit tired and down at the start, so I was really happy with how the workout went. The marathon pace was not too bad and I did not feel like I was pressing. The tempo part was great- may have pushed it a bit too much in the first one (was at 5:51 pace when I stopped after coming uphill- downhill before).
The wind was bit tough at times, but not too bad.
The workout was:
6 miles warm-up (approx. 47 min)
30 min M (6:07-6:14)
5 min T (5:51)
30 min M (6:01-6:15)
5 min T (5:35 when I stopped- mostly downhill)
2 miles cooldown
