Notes
After a race and two days of skiing, I am happy with this workout! It was hard and I was felt tired and thirsty (it was so warm!) by the end. Also feeling a little under the weather (sore throat). The hills were really tough but good practice for Boston!
The workout was:
6 miles warm-up
30 minutes marathon
5 minutes tempo
30 minutes marathon
5 minutes tempo
2.36 miles cooldown
