Gorgeous, gorgeous day!!!! Everyone was out and running/biking/walking. One guy even gave me a high five.
Workout went great! I felt really good! It's hard to tell because usually part of the mile overlapped with rest, but for the tempos I was between 5:35-5:55.
The workout was:
2 miles easy
3 x 10 minutes tempo with 2 minutes easy
10.5 miles easy
