Really happy with this run! I felt great. The same as the tempos the past few weeks, I didn't feel like I was destroying myself, but I felt strong. It was a little windy, but other than that the weather was great.
The workout was:
8 miles easy (with Paul)
40 minutes marathon (first mile with Paul)
5 minutes tempo
20 minutes marathon
5 minutes tempo
approx 2 miles easy (I think it was a little less)
