Was not sure if I was going to do this workout today or not, but I think it went pretty well! Foot is still very sore, but doing the fast part on the track really helped. Everything else feels amazing. I'm going to need to be extremely careful these next few days. If I can this foot okay, I really think things are coming together well for the race. Granted I did the tempos on the track so I don't know that the miles were perfect and it was flat, but I ran them pretty quick and it felt smooth and controlled. I felt really good.

Workout was:

2 miles warmup (about 16min)

3 x 10min tempo (seemed to be right around 5:35 when not being combined with easy pace) with 2 min recovery in between

about 8 miles easy
