Really happy with this workout. It went great! I used Steve's watch because mine was dead (USB port on the computer is not working properly).
Workout was:
12 min easy
20 minutes tempo around campus (5:25-6:25- keeping in mind that Steve's watch updates the pace every few seconds rather than across the mile like mine)
60 minutes easy
2 x 10 minutes tempo with 2 min easy rest (around Blue Course and Easterly/Westerly) (5:25-5:50)
9 min easy (in a rush to get to school so I stopped when I got to 18 miles)
