It was chilly today! Felt terrific! Workout was:

2 miles easy

4 x 1200 on the track with 2 minutes rest (4:10, 4:12, 4:14, 4:15)

2 miles easy

I used my old watch because it's better for timing; I think the workout was about 8 miles total.
