I thought this workout went great! It was pretty humid outside but at least not very hot...I checked and the humidity was 85%! I felt good and the miles went by quickly! They always do for this workout. It's such a good one.
The workout was:
2 mile warm-up
2 x 10 minute tempo with 2min rest (5:59-6:04)
60 min E
15min tempo (5:43-5:55)
2 miles cooldown
