This day was a running nightmare. In the morning I "ran" 3 miles, but it had been snowing and then changed to freezing rain and the roads and sidewalks were so slippery people could barely walk let alone run. So I gave up and waited to run 6 more miles at the end of the day around 6:15 when things had warmed up at lot (I think to about 40 degrees).
