Notes
This was a cold, wet, slightly miserable run. The roads and sidewalks were very slushy from snow last night that turned to rain this morning. This made the pace a little slower too. Foot felt great, but my feet also felt pretty frozen so hard to tell completely :) Dad was a trooper biking with me!
