Notes

Ran to the indoor track and did a workout with Paul (and Steve ran at the track!) It wasn't so great :-/ It was supposed to be 4 x 1200 (4 min rest) and 4 x 400 (3 min rest). The first 1200 was great, but a little fast- 4:04. But then I think I went too quick because on the second one I had to stop after a 2:42 800 because of dry heaves. I did a slower 1000 after that (3:27), then an 800 at 2:43. Then I just moved on to the 400's. I did 77, 76, 76, 77. I was happy with those, and my legs felt great. But I'm so bummed about how terrible my stomach felt (felt sick for the remainder of the workout.) Next time I need to get up either or do the workout in the evening. I think i did about 12 miles across the day (2 miles workout and 4.5 cooldown). I didn't bring my GPS watch since it wouldn't work at the indoor track.
