Felt terrific! I thought that was a solid workout. It was:
2 miles easy (16 min)
8.21 miles tempo (50 min)
2 miles easy (15.5 min)
Where was ran was somewhat up and down and it was a bit cold/windy. I felt strong and like I was running a good pace but not destroying myself or pushing my limits.
Paul did 3/4s of a mile warm-up with me and 5.75 tempo!
