Brew Run with Dad, Alison, and Steve in Brewster! Very happy with this race and hope it means I can PR at Falmouth. I felt really great. It was warm out but not humid and I think it helped that it was afternoon. It was an up and down course but none of the hills were awful. I was the first female. There was free beer after! I loved this race and thought it was really well-organized.
I had half a Power bar an hour before the race and gel within the 15 minutes before and I think they helped.
