Treadmill. 67* Sauc Kiv. Did Hill interval workout, pre-programmed treadmill. Got very difficult after it hit 5% incline at minute 45. slowed way down, I walked for a bit at 6% incline, then slowly cranked it back up as the incline started dropping. Didn't run outside because it was only 3* with windchill definitely in the negative. Felt like a good workout, although my HR was elevated through the majority of the workout. Finished with a planking set.
