Treadmill. Hill workout. 30 seconds at 4% + incline, 2 minute recovery. Towards the end I started going up 0.5% with each hill up to 7.5% for 1 minute. Bare Access 2. 67* I was pressed for time the workout was supposed to be 5 miles. I got tired after about 3 rounds and had to take a walk break after each hill repeat. I was having difficulty with breathing at just the 1% incline starting point.
