Treadmill after weights and plank. 67* Sauc Kiv. 1% incline after 1 mile increased speed for 30 sec then back to jog pace for 1 min, start 5.8 then up to 6.8 back to 5.8 repeat 4 x then 5.8 for 2 min then inc to 6.9 for 30 sec rest 1.30 repeat 4 x rest 2 min, then up to 7.0 for 30 sec then back to 5.8 for 2 min repeat 4 x, rest 2 min then 7.1 for 30 rest 2.30, repeat 2 x 2:30 warm and cool
