Ran Brookstone and two laps and Robin Run Trail. Took walk breaks for about 1.5 min every mile after 3. Wants to say heat got to me. Also, did this run after doing a heavy leg workout. I think overall this was still a good workout. I pushed as best I could, heart rate was up throughout. Definitely did not keep my cadence up though. Ran the 1st 2 miles with Logan riding his bike beside me.
