Heart rate monitor fell down about 15 min into run didn't get corrected for 10 minutes, so hr is off. Felt winded and like I was pushing harder than time shows. Really want to get back with a faster pace than 6.7. Feel I should easily be at 7.2 by now if not faster. Ran @ 1% inc for 2 miles then down to zero and picked up pace then a little @ 1% but slower.
