Treadmill after weights, back & biceps. 67* Tried to keep HR in Zone. 1% incline 1st 30 min. then 0.5% incline for next 20 minutes, then flat rest of way. Skeechers Go Run 2. Knees both and right foot hurt a it a little. Quads sore.
