Treadmill

Notes

Ran the treadmill. New Bal 730. 1st 1.5 mi at 1.5% inc, then raised to 3% for 1/2 mile, then to 1% for 1/2 mi and flat the rest, move the speed around dropped after raising to 3% then again after lowering to 1%, increased for the last little bit to over 7mph. Felt pretty good. Toes right foot, under neath, where hurting just walking around, but did not seem to bother me running.
