Treadmill. Saucony Mirage. 67* 1% incline for first 1.5 mile then flat. At 2 mile did 1 lap at 5.7 then back up, sped up the very last 1/4. Finished with 5 minutes at 15% incline, not recorded here. Did not feel like doing the 8 miles on schedule or pushing myself to go faster.
